Made some cleaning of Patreon

Let's see if I can keep up with this, at least.
The tags are pretty self explanatory, the Unsupported tag is for mods I don't have in game anymore, the All Packs one is for mixed posts, mods that require more than an EP and so on.
I deleted some old posts because those mods have been moved to the general fixes/tweaks posts. Things should be easier to navigate now.
