I know there is already a mod for this but... it never worked for me so... I made my own.
So, looks like I pissed off someone with this mod... at least that's what was told to me...
As I do not want to enter the Sims 4 Modders community 'cause I'm a lone wolf, I'll just drop the link to the alternative mod to this you can find on MTS:
This Mod modifies the resource
e882d22f!0000001c!00000000000341cd.mermaid_Socials_Pull.interaction.xml
and has absolutely nothing to do with the other one.
Siren Call will kill the target:
- works on NPCs
- works off lot
Careful.. there is NO escape.

2021-07-02 17:47:54 +0000 UTCI have both LMS's "plasma fruit into plasma bags" mod. I noticed I have separate "Siren thirst" addon type packages in my mods folder for THIS mod as well as the main file. Looking at this post again I see its only the main file. Did you do away with the separate options? I ask as I noticed my plasma fruit plasma bags from the LMS mod do not feed my siren I made with THIS mod anymore. I checked and the LMS mod is up to date and it looks like I still have the most up to date of THIS mod, yet I seem to have extra files. Did you change something? Or am I thinking of another mod? Or will her plasm bag tweak not work with the Sirens?

2021-07-02 17:39:18 +0000 UTCI'm afraid that's on maxis not this one... the interaction I edited has nothing to do with the whole first part of the process... the lure in water interaction is separate and not included into this.

2020-07-03 08:58:44 +0000 UTCWhen my sim is performing the siren song sometimes they wont do the song animation, or sometimes you cannot hear the siren song, but in the end the mod does it job!

2019-10-02 12:12:08 +0000 UTCWhen copyright is concerned with Modders/Challenge "creators" (not quite the same with CC like new meshes/hand made patterns) its purely a possessive moral/emotional argument. They literally have no legal leg to stand on. Thank you very much for this mod. The other one did not work for me either, so i've no idea why they're getting their knickers in a twist about it. EAxis did mermaids so damn dirty that i even made a video expressing my distaste, but i loved the idea. You've made my sirens worthwhile to play just a little bit more and i appreciate that. Also love the untamed is untamed and vamp kills mods. Cheers mate.

But saying I didn't knew about that mod, that's a lie. I had that mod in my folder, I knew about it.

I have seen many modders just say "oh i didn't realise there was another mod, here's the link if you wanna look!". if you try to enter the sims as a modder with this attitude that everyone has beef with you, you won't get far.
