Finally! I caught it.

lizard. It's such a pain to her but it paid off in no time. She doesn't want to eat that pink lizard because she is a vegetarian, so she has an idea of keeping that lizard in her control...her womb.
After that, she enjoys her daily life with the lizard within her womb.
