Here are some character designs I made before starting working on the series.
Kate Bishop and America's moms. I wanted to go with a different looks for the moms but it the end we sticked with the original designs from the previous series. Sad! But hey, editors are in charge!

Well they just ask, there is a guy that coordinate if an artist is available or will be available soon, then the editor that need an artist just email you haha if you're already in a project they talk to your editor first and if their project is bigger you can just switch.

I can see how the previous run was not very liked, butI liked Joe Quinones art! I wasn't that much into the story itself thou...
