Brixel: Bedrock Edition is now live!

Dear Patrons,
We are excited to inform you that Brixel Resource Pack is now available for Minecraft Bedrock Edition! The long anticipated resource pack finally made it to Bedrock and is now available as Early Access version! And since it's for Bedrock, it works on all devices (PC, consoles, mobile) AND it supports Bedrock RTX - for some really stunning visuals.

From now on, Brixel: Bedrock Edition will be bundled with JAVA edition in all Patron tiers - becoming a patron will grant you access to both versions. Existing Patrons will get immediate access to Bedrock Edition and all of its future updates for free - as a gratitude for their continuous support of Brixel. Hey, it's Holiday Season after all and who doesn't like treats? :)
The Bedrock Edition (including RTX version) will be also included in the FREE tier.

Now, a little explanation when it comes to the different versions of Brixel: Bedrock Edition:
There are two versions:

- The standard version can be played on all devices and doesn't require shaders to work.

- The RTX version (the eyecandy one, for the best looks) currently works only for PCs that support Minecraft RTX or BetterRTX mod. It also works with the latest Minecraft Preview with the new experimental features of the Renderdragon Minecraft shader engine.

The new Patron tiers will look as follows:

- Brixel FREE - gives free access to Brixel Java 64x, Brixel Bedrock 64x and Brixel Bedrock 64x RTX

- Brick Enthusiast - gives free access to Brixel Java 128x, Brixel Bedrock 128x and Brixel Bedrock 64x RTX

- Brick Architect - gives free access to Brixel Java 256x, Brixel Bedrock 256x and Brixel Bedrock 128x RTX

- Brick Smelter - gives free access to Brixel Java 512x, Brixel Bedrock 512x and Brixel Bedrock 128x RTX

Existing Patrons will stay in their current tiers and gain access to the respective Bedrock versions.

Early Access:

As mentioned above, Brixel: Bedrock Edition is currently in Early Access state. That being said, a decent amount of the assets have been covered (actually much more than by the release of the original Brixel). Yet, there is still some stuff that needs polishing and a bunch of assets that needs to be added - we will be working on that in the following weeks. At this stage, any feedback on the pack from our Patrons will be extremely valuable. How it performs on different devices, if anything needs fixing, your ideas- we would love to hear from you about that!

Minecraft: Bedrock Edition is under active development and the developers are constanly adding new features to the game. Our goal is to keep Brixel up to date with the newest additions to the game and to utilize their full potential. RTX support is one of the coolest features released lately that makes the Bedrock Edition look as good (or even better) as Java Edition with shader mods. We are monitoring the development of Minecraft RTX and we will be updating Brixel to utilize the upcoming RTX features, to get even more fantastic visuals and depth in Brixel: Bedrock Edition.

Installation

The installation for Bedrock is easier than for Java. Just double click the downloaded file and Brixel will be loaded to your Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. Just remember to activate the pack in the game.

The files for the Bedrock Edition are available for download in the separate post for Patrons (64x for free Patrons and 128x+ for paid Patrons).
