Build 0.23 Delay

Most of the hold up is really just me going back and editing parts over and over again — because this next arc is important and I want to do it right.
This chapter is also almost 2x bigger than usual, so hooray to that! We always want beefy and meaty things, am I right? I do hope it doesn't translate to some parts being too draggy though, but there's just so many things to say... Oh well. We'll see.
See you again in a few days! Though I might take a day or two to finish some of my overdue readings. School comes... first? Right...? Hm.
