My MS doctor recommended ASMR for sleep and pain 3 years ago to be honest i didnt think it would work so i really never pursue it till 1 eveing i was in so much pain i had to try i google gay ASMR artist guess who pulled up U did and literally the first 1. When u have MS it takes ur focus confidence alertness away from U .wasnt very long till your customs helped me go back to the gym your channel was so full of self help for me so ive grew with U ive came along way in the past 3 years and i dont think i could have done it without ur channel so you R more than muscles lashes and testosterone.
