Sara was a SEAL who trained for several years to be both physically and mentally prepared. She had very tough training such as fighting bigger and stronger men than she was.
After years she never gave up and became stronger and more muscular than many of her peers. She was made captain of the SEALS. A hostage heist was about to begin and she was going to go after them all without mercy. She was unstoppable. The robbers didn't expect what was about to happen.

A man can carry another to safety, but she can carry the whole boatload. Six men can carry the log upon their shoulders, but she can press it over her head. So many thoughts. Bravo!
