CLazy WallRun

Fixed an issue where the first frame was unintentionally inserted into the last frame of some motions, resulting in rubber banding.
While working on this CLazy WallRun mod, I realized that this rubber banding was not intended, so I applied fixes to CLazy Moves as well.
Motions are in Anim -> Animations ->Kohai -> CLazy WallRun
Let me know If you find any issues or parts that must be improved.
