- Patch location changed for RPG Maker games.

- Small changes related to indentation checks.

RPG Maker Plugin 1.00.23:
- Several changes to fix external storage bugs.
- Path cache priorities are changed to fix missing asset issues.
- A few Crashes, which caused by encoding of an unsupported sound file or resizing a vector above max size, are fixed.
- Patch location is changed so patches must be applied again.
