3rd wave feminists sit back and wonder why so many women are walking away from modern feminism? They are continuing to blame it on things like patriarchy, misogyny, and male privilege, but it's time to seriously ask, if the West is so “socially patriarchal”, then why is it WAY easier to get, support leaving domestic violence, getting out of poverty, overcoming mental health and homelessness if you're a woman than a man?

Facts: ex wife granted a DVRO because while she was withholding access and visitation for over 6 months, I'd call and leave voice-mail, nothing malicious or insulting, literally just "hey, this doesn't feel right, I've not been allowed contact with my kids and I'm missing them" messages. Courts slapped me with harassment. Responded by also giving the courts a declaration/affidavit from a roommate giving an account of her screaming at me, calling me every name in the book, throwing shit at me etc. All in front of our oldest child... anyone care to guess who got dicked over by the courts? Insult to injury: judge decided to use my presenting that 3rd parties account for a double tap declaring that i was guilty of abusive use of conflict for presenting it to the courts in the first place. Fast forward: while a GAL was investigating i finally got visitation but right after that was all done and over with and she had the courts make her DVRO permanent she went straight back to denying visitation with the courts even outright saying that a mother has no legal obligation to permit the visitation cited in the parenting plan the judge signed. It's an undisputed fact there are some particularly vile people in this world, not pointing any fingers but let's just say feminism seems to be a popular hangout for these people
