Trip report - Ft Lauderdale Florida 2024

It was an absolutely insane weekend at Las Olas Beach, Ft Lauderdale Florida - Americas Premier College Spring Break Party Destination. With South Beach Miami "breaking up" with spring break this year, the Ft. Lauderedale beach and bars were packed beyond capacity with spring breakers from far and wide. All drinking and celebrating their week off of school.

This will probably be my most popular experience to date. Cant believe all the amazing scenes I was able to capture. We'll walk the strip and the beach talking to all the people having fun along the way. Three new friends helped make part of this experience even more exciting as we walked around the beach meeting all the spring breakers.

I was actually able to talk the owner into letting me inside Senor Frogs bar to experience this packed beyond capacity venue with people standing on chairs and a dj pouring tequila straight from the bottle into peoples mouths. They even almost dropped a crowd surfer on his head :o (Google pictures do this place absolutely no justice, it is absolutely wild in there).

Its funny, I tend to look up videos and pictures of the places i'll be filming and I am often left with a much lowered enthusiasm for a location because of how bad the videography is lol. Starting to realize that the exact same location can be boring as heck or an absolute blast and it is entirely dependent on the skill of the videographer. Starting to realize that I was born to create the best 180 3D 8k experiences available anywhere in the world.

From Capoeira to beach wrestling, you are going to experience the full insanity and fun of College Spring Break Ft Lauderdale Florida. I estimate this experience will be well over 1 hour long :D

I am editing and color grading at a furious pace, but with Hawaii filming planned for all of next week, I will need until Sunday March 31 to release this Ft Lauderdale episode. It is just such a massive episode, I really cant see getting it done before Hawaii. Will definitely be done by Sunday March 31 :)
