Patreon Tier Consolidation

For October I've decided to consolidate a tier due to low demand.
π Principalities SFW ($10) tier will be merged with Archangels ($7) tier. π
Some details:
- The $10 SFW tier will be deleted on September 29th (Thu).
- The $10 NSFW tier will be unaffected.
- Archangels tier will be gaining the reward "Access to CLIP/PSD files of episodes and illustrations."
- Archangel's new rewards will start on October 1st.
