Digital Sketches (Pt 6- Paradiso Angels)
Added 2021-03-11 05:35:42 +0000 UTCI knew the moment I decided to add angels to the story, that I wanted them to have a uniform unlike the demons.
I always wanted to design a character outfit based on the Georgian traditional dress, especially the sleeves, so the clothing was easy!
The head took some time, because I didn't have a specific look in mind. After meandering on Google and Pinterest for a while, I came across images of fabulous Venetian masks and it clicked.
If I was designing them for a video game or something, the Paradiso angels would have looked more intricate and gaudy. But alas, I am drawing a comic and if I made the angels look complicated, I'd spend an entire day just on a single panel :')
