I'm from the UK so won't pretend to understand every nuance but from my view the joke has always been and still is Chad gable + American made are stereotypical dumb American centrists. They are the joke, they are idiots it's not like WWE presents them as good or even smart in any way

2025-03-25 18:23:54 +0000 UTCRespectfully Santi, I don’t believe you have the authority to make the judgement call of whether or not the Chad Gable/Grande Americano segment was offensive or not & it feels like you’re minimizing it for the sake of not having the uncomfortable conversation that this segment objectively was done in poor taste & once again, the company that has the history of making POCs the butt of the joke, has created a lazy narrative. They didn’t even hide the fact that AI was used for the entire video promo. I don’t necessarily believe that this segment was ‘racist’ but to not even see how it could be perceived in that way (even if it’s wrong) & just shooting the idea down completely doesn’t really show a lot of empathy & understanding from your part.
