This time it is bugs.
Thankfully, the IRL situation is mostly resolved with the family member being released okay from hospital.
Unfortunately, when I switched Morticia Rose back in this morning to test her (both her and the Clue-Test Dummy I use to test all the clue types share the same harlot ID of 0 in code), everything exploded.
While I'm sure she'd relish being responsible for the chaos, it could easily be a malformed init array of one of the other harlots. I don't think it will too hard to track down and fix.
However, this is happening because I'm being stupid and trying to rush to meet arbitrary self-imposed deadlines. It's introducing needless bugs into the code. Because of this, I'm going to take the pressure off and remove that arbitrary deadline that's causing me to lock up and make mistakes. I'll go back to the original plan of methodically working through the harlots and adding their notebook functionality. Once I have 3 or 4 ready, I'll drop a test release for people to try out. Ideally before the end of the month, but I'm not going to set a hard date as that is causing me problems at the moment.
I will once again renew the "don't set an arbitrary deadline that causes you to lock up and get nothing done" note on the fridge. :)
Apologies and thank you for your patience and understanding. I'll get things back on schedule ASAP.
