Unfortunately some succubi are inexperienced so they still tear off the soul. Painfully.

2024-11-01 18:13:51 +0000 UTCIt's meant to be the equivalent of the surrender item in H-RPGs where the player just wants to skip right to the Bad End. In lore it's supposed to indicate the player has picked the succubus to 'claim' him, and to be 'nice' in how she does it. The Madam just forgets to tell the player that at the start. Mechanically it's been a bit of a headache to implement as I often have to write additional text segments and pathways just to fit it in. What it does is override most of the checks and steer the player to the 'best' Bad End.

2024-10-30 14:07:40 +0000 UTCShe's tricky. The earlier harlots sometimes were checking multiple things. I did originally have a 'friend' faction, 'enemy' faction mechanic which some of the smotherbuses used. She might get a tweak when I port her to the 1.5 version with art.
