And onto the second of the House's pair of artificial slime symbionts: N-Carnizadalama.
N-Carnizadalama is another of result of The Doctoress's experiments with sentient bioplastic slime. No-one knows which of Negralima-V or N-Carnizadalama came first. Both claim to be the 'superior' one and The Doctoress doesn't remember.
Inspired by some vampiric varieties of slime girls, N-Carnizadalama was designed to infiltrate the human body through the bloodstream and then hijack the host's physiology to stimulate mass production of semen. To avoid the host's function being impaired by trauma, N-Carnizadalama secretes a number of chemicals that induce bliss and a heightened state of arousal.
N-Carnizadalama also uses suitable hosts for support after they have been completely emptied of gametes. This is only temporary as prolonged contact with her causes tissues to ossify and become brittle, eventually crumbling away until they can no longer support her and a new host is required.
The Doctoress was unable to do anything about the animosity N-Carnizadalama feels towards Negralima-V, or vice versa. The Madam keeps them apart and regards the occasional death when they take their rage out on some poor sap unlucky to see one before the other as the inevitable consequences of running a House filled with dangerous lust daemons.
And now the behind-scenes mechanics and inspirations.
A lot of this was covered with Negralima-V previously.
Because N-Carnizadalama likes to get inside the body, it made sense for her to care about the Constitution stat, which I believe was the last one I needed to check out of that cycle of harlots. It also fits within the lore as well. In order to be able to move around, N-Carnizadalama takes human bodies after she's finished draining them, and hardens them into a mannequin-esque exoskeleton. Humans with a higher constitution last longer, so those would be the ones she seeks out.
Like the Venom and Carnage thing, making both of them 'Spanish' came later. In keeping with her human skeleton appearance, I gave Negralima-V a sugar skull mask. From my experiences travelling, I remembered that the Spanish speaking portions of Central and South America have some quite... intense rivalries with each other and with Spain itself. This is also reflected in linguistic differences between the versions of Spanish. Sadly, I can't speak or write Spanish to get it across, but my idea was for both to use different regional variants.
N-Carnizadalama is haughty Old World Spain. I thought it would 'disguise' her quite well to give her the appearance of a flamenco dancer as her red dress and hat are her real body rather than the mannequin she's wearing.
