A simple wooden staircase leading up to the next floor. A man sits on a plain wooden chair at the bottom of the stairs. He seems patiently eager, and also quite mad. His formerly fine attire looks a little worse for wear and it looks like his mind is gone.
There is a locked wooden door at the top of the stairs.
The man at the bottom of the stairs has seen and been enthralled by the CRIPPLED SUCCUBUS enough times for his mind to have gone. If the player tries to talk to him, he'll just babble nonsense about 'his mistress' and how he'll do anything for her.
The door at the top will require at least two key items and maybe also solving a puzzle. This will provide access to the CRIPPLED SUCCUBUS's private quarters. There is a second option to knock loudly on the door. After a while the CRIPPLED SUCUBUS will answer and let the player in, but this will give her advantages for the subsequent boss fight.
