Harlot 50 Popularity Poll (results)

And the winner is... Boobella.

This is a little bit of a surprise to me.  When I originally created her as a character she was meant to be a bit bitchy and unlikable.  In her short story she tries to get the protagonist when she shouldn't and is denied by Nyte's intervention.  In the House she's supposed to be snobby and scheming for ways to get around The Madam's rules.

And yet she came out on top.  I guess she's a quintessential bad girl succubus and not as freaky as some of the other harlots.  A surprise, but not one I'm complaining about.  I might see if I can push some side quest story lines involving her.  I think I'll probably still keep her bitchy and snobby and eager for the player's soul though.  It wouldn't be her if she wasn't!

Slightly less surprised to see Huntress Diana in second.  There's a lot of lore potential to play around with here and I'll be looking to develop it here and in other places (short stories, maybe their own game).

Hiru finished 3rd.  I think she has one of the longest and most complex scenarios, which helps.  I wish I could make them all that detailed, but I don't think I'd be able to finish the project if I did.

Amoura definitely still needs a follow-up scenario, and it needs to be a good one to match the expectation now!

These polls were pretty useful.  I seem to be doing okay with the regular succubi.  Not so good with the weirder monster girls, and not hitting the mark with the artificial beings.  I'll still continue to add the weirder ones, as I like having the variety, and even the unpopular ones were someone's favourite.

I'm still working on a couple of those leftover harlot scenes.  Progress is a little slow.  I'll try and get that "what to add next" poll out ASAP (hopefully before the end of the week).

ETA: This ended up being a recharge/sort IRL things out week.  I'm going to push the poll back to the usual slot on Wednesday.
