House of Hellish Harlots v0.025 (new ailment cures and bugfixes)

AKA, let's try version 0.024 again with fewer bugs!

This is a mid-month bugfix release, so no new harlots (they'll be in the regular end-of-month release).

This adds:

NEW NURSE HONEY AILMENT CURES
Nurse Honey can now cure Lips, Ass, Foot and Leg Fetish.  Of those, only Lips Fetish is relevant, but it should stop me from getting tripped up again once I add harlots capable of causing the others in the future.

This should stop Osculia being a death sentence without max Will or the right protective charm.

NEW BARMAN BACKGROUND ADVICE
One of the v0.024 changes was to set a point in the main game loop where the Barman would drop a few cryptic hints for the player after they return to the bar after harlot introductions.  The purpose of these hints is to indicate when the Barman has new advice and background lore.  I wasn't able to finish it in time for v0.024, but I've now added a few tidbits on harlot power levels that unlock from Round 2 onwards.  This is accessed by choosing to talk to the Barman, so won't gum the game down like his initial intro used to.

BUGFIXES
Whoa boy, was v0.024 a sloppy release.  I suppose I have the excuse of there being a lot of changes and also rushing to redo things after the crash, but I'd rather not have releases be this sloppy in future.  Here are the details:

- Osculia Suffocati should no longer show up again after her 2nd visit (harlots with plot relevant repeat visits were still being added to the selection pool even if their .isRepeatable attribute was set to false).

- Round 5 selection algorithm has been reworked to be more robust.  It was failing to find harlots and throwing up error messages under some circumstances before.

- Fixed the continuity error with Osculia's repeat scenario where the player got undressed twice (not quite sure how that one slipped through!).

- Lips Fetish can now be cured by Nurse Honey (see above). 

- The first drink with The Elegant Woman now costs a coin.  (I think this is an old bug I've only just noticed).

I'm hoping that fixes everything.  If there's anything I've missed, please let me know in the comments below.  I'm planning to spend a couple of days seeing if I can finish off an old short story in time for Literotica's Halloween contest.  After that, I'll check if any new bugs have been uncovered, fix them, and then update the public https://houseofhellishharlots.com/ website with the new demo version.
