Update 3rd October '21
Added 2021-10-03 22:33:17 +0000 UTCAs you saw from my last post, this was a messed up week. In the middle of finishing off the implementation for Osculia Suffocati's repeat scenario, the last thing before getting the v0.024 release ready, my computer crashed and corrupted the main Twine story file. The last backup I had was from September 9th, so that was a lot of changes lost. As a result, I didn't have a release at the end of the month as usual.
As disheartening as it was, I just got back to it and focused on putting the changes back in based on my changelog for the month and, thankfully, it's not been as bad as I feared. Most of my notes and even a fair few code fragments were still intact as text files and it hasn't taken me long to redo the lost work.
Originally, I estimated it might take me a week or two to get back to where I was. As of Sunday night, I'm caught up apart from the implementation of Pel-V's scenario. Because I've rebounded faster than expected, I'll look to put out ver0.024 as originally planned sometime next week. Essentially, I'll treat it as a late release and October as a slightly shorter month for the v0.025 release.
The boobfairy scenario still isn't ready. I did find time to keep typing her up and she's at just under 4,000 words and maybe 3/4 done. This means the new release will still just have Pel-V and Osculia's repeat scenario as the new sexy material (as well as a host of QoL improvement changes). I want to hold the boobfairy back until I can also include her larger friend as well.
I also started writing a new harlot scenario using the fog succubus from the original HoHH demo.
The week was still mostly a write off thanks to the computer crash, sadly.
Thanks for the patience and understanding. Hopefully, I'll get v0.024 out early next week and get back on schedule.

I'll investigate gitlab. That would give an added layer of security.

2021-10-04 11:29:58 +0000 UTCYou might want to take a shot at learning a version control system like git, and use a private repository on github/gitlab. Once you've got that set up, quickly archiving your changes is a more lightweight action than starting the big monthly backup.
