( I still consider it as the best One piece episode ever!) You will see her craft once again on those future episodes (still far ahead) and i'll be looking forward to that! Thank you guys for the awesome reaction cause Megumi Ishitani and the team behind this fan letter special episode really deserves the credit!

She is a SHINING STAR on the One Piece animation production team. She has directed some of greatest episodes of One Piece and really elevates the already amazing work of Oda! She is known for her incredibly detailed storyboards and the episodes she directs always have this flow, where the animation just feels different is the best way I can describe it. I won't tell you what episodes she directs (you have quite a while till you get there) but I'll be sure to mention her after you reach those episodes!

With every rewatch, you notice new details and I love how the visuals and music subtly heighten the emotion. It’s more than just a tribute to the show, it’s a love letter to the entire community One Piece has inspired. Honestly, it’s so heartfelt, I wouldn’t be surprised if even Oda teared up watching it. It’s episodes like this that remind us why we keep coming back to rewatch One Piece😆❤️

I suggest you guys watch it again on your own to spot all the Easter eggs that have been dropped throughout this masterpiece! I had to watch it multiple times to spot them all! I loved the scene where the elder brother was about to run away under the Pacifista's attack, while the younger brother was shouting his name, but we then understand he wasn't shouting for him to go save him but he ment for the elder brother to run and save himself. At the same time, the elder brother saw Luffy screaming to Ace "you are my brother" and he got inspired by that and went back to save his own brother...amazing, so touching and perfect! And what a tribute to us as fans! I couldn't help but feeling so close to the little girl, and all the SH fans gathered in Sabaody! A real love letter to the SH and to all its real fans around the globe!

2024-11-26 21:07:22 +0000 UTCI love the names of the brothers and the girl. The greengrocers and the wholesalers, the names make me think of the most normal everyday person. When you follow the Straw hats you forget there are normal everyday people. This special just made think the line 'when gods and demons fight mortals suffer.' I don't remember what that was from, but it just stuck in my mind the entire episode every time I watched it. I think the older brother's story was my favorite, and I would just love to get updates on him and all the others.

One of them that is coming out now is actually a re master of Fishman Island which you saw after the credits. This version is going to be around 37 episodes instead of 50+, with a much more current art style and visual effects that are also used more often. Happy Thanksgiving to everybody!
