An interesting change from the first draft, too—what, Serax is not good enough to be our babysitter—I mean, second husband after winter? 😭 Serax's charades, especially when describing Val's blood, also had me laughing so hard.

I wanted to check - is that okay with you? I've said this before, I think, but the work you put into craft/mechanics is really impressive to me and I enjoy poring over that (almost) as much as the actual stories.

I thought they were trying to say she's poisonous in some way and trying to murderize them. Then... I got emo back and tried to run away and died. The spider was cute though LOL. Just wanted to be a bit of a brat. Thought they both deserved it after all that. >.> What I'm REALLY curious about... do we find out what the Wyransith from the dream meant? Those three phrases? Or should we already have those words...?
