New Tendency Poll
Added 2025-03-24 19:46:22 +0000 UTCHere is our first poll for a Nightborn exclusive tendency. This will accompany the new tendency Coy, which you'll start to see in Night VI. New tendencies will also add new story choices to earlier nights when I do the Week One update. While I'll be selecting the most popular, that doesn't mean the others won't make an appearance in next week's poll. My aim is to add a total of 4 exclusive tendencies for The Nightborn Edition. Here is a very brief overview of each trait and its interactions:
Willful: A trait that pairs nicely with spirited, willful will allow you to make a more stubborn MC who is able to dig her heels in and (occasionally) get her way. Serax will appreciate a willful MC both in and out of the bed furs. Valdricht, not so much.
Erudite: A trait for players who want a more scholarly MC. Erudite characters will be well-read and have knowledge on a broad range of topics from geography, zoography, anatomy, and much more. Impress Valdricht with your encyclopedic memory and enhanced ability to learn his language. Annoy Serax by being an adorable (read: obnoxious) know-it-all.
Possessive: A trait for players who like to stake their claim on what's theirs, be it a favored cup, a particular seat, or a pair of darksingers. A possessive MC will struggle to share, sometimes even within her romantic trio. The possessive tendency can be leveraged to form a deeper bond with either RO, though often to the exclusion of the other.

2025-03-25 01:20:35 +0000 UTCI voted for Willful cuz looking at the in-game list of tendency explanations a lot of the current ones are more Val leaning and very few seem to lean toward Serax's preferences (if I'm reading those minus and plus signs right anyway).
