Buying the tablet will effect an event at night...Alex won't use his new tablet just to study...if you enter his room that night you will have a chance to increase your alpha level.
That night's event has two renders made, there are those of the conversation with Alex and those of the optional scene.
Regarding the gym. The mechanics to exercise are done, as well as the introduction of Katia (the couch). It remains to do an optional scene with Sas in the showers male on futa (oral) and another with the coach, also optional (futa on male - oral). The Wednesday meeting scene is rendered but the script is missing. In addition to the above, there is also the optional scene with Isa in her house.
Since I ended up adding a couple more scenes, it will be impossible for me to finish the update before the end of the year, but at the current pace I should be able to have it done in a week or two.
