Upcoming Change to Reaction Videos ๐ก (and I need your input!)

I wanted to give you a quick heads-up about a small but important change coming to how I post full-length reaction videos here on Patreon!
To make sure everything stays legally safe and sustainable long-term, Iโll be switching to a watch-along format: this means I wonโt be able to include the actual footage or audio from the movie/show anymore. Youโll still get the entire reaction, just synced to your own copy of what we're watching.
Itโs not because anything bad happened, but this format is the safest way to keep sharing these reactions without risking copyright issues and itโs how most creators are doing it.
๐งฉ How itโll work:
Iโll include clear cues so syncing will be easy (blurred version of the movie/show)
Youโll watch along with your own copy of the movie/show
I will start slowling implementing the new format in the next couple of weeks and re-upload old content as we go

Just be clear on where you're taking the video from, including media, version, country, streaming service, etc...

2025-04-13 14:32:55 +0000 UTCI think the only concern is EU PAl playback format plays back quicker than US format. So when syncing up movies your copy will play faster. So I think the best option for you would be to make sure you download movies from American platforms. PAL format is 25fps and American NTSC is 29.97 frames per second. Also i guess this means no more pausing to share your thoughts anymore since that will cause syncing issues lol.
