So... Bad news.

Hey guys. So, not terrible news, but still bad.

The collab pack sold really well - thank you guys so much for that! - but there seems to be a problem with the payout.

Basically, because of my country, the payouts only happen on fridays. So far, no problem. The first one came through with zero issues, although it was only 3 sales at the time.

Then, as you can see in the image, sales grew a lot, and it said the next payout would be on June 24th - yesterday - and as it so happens, the payout didn't come through. Simply didn't happen. It just switched the date from June 24th to July 1st.

Of course, I tried to contact Gumroad and all they had to say was this:

"Hey there,
So sorry that you haven't been receiving payouts.
It seems like we have been trying to pay you out, but PayPal is rejecting the money.
Please make sure of the following:
-You have a valid PayPal account entered into your Gumroad settings.
-There are no restrictions placed on your PayPal account.
-You are allowed to receive payouts to your PayPal account.
Let me know when you've checked it out, and I'll try resending the money.
Best,
Eva,  Gumroad"

So, obviously, I checked and I couldn't find anything wrong on my end. Resent some prints to prove it and I'm still waiting for them to reply...

*BOTTOM LINE IS*

We didn't get our money. And this sucks major balls.

I'm gonna wait until July 1st to see if they actually pay me out, but, in case they don't, I'm gonna ASK FOR A FULL REFUND to everyone that bought the pack. It's not fair to either me or TMGF that we don't get paid because of a stupid error on Gumroad, but I'd rather people keep their money and our work than leave it for this stupid site.

---If you guys receive the refund on July 1st (on the off chance I don't announce it here and on twitter), please consider sending the refund money either to me or TMGF. Send me a DM and I'll give you our Paypal information.---

I'll keep you guys posted on any developments over on Discord. Not gonna lie, I'm pretty bummed out about this.
