The New Monster of the Month UNLIKELY HEROES Series

So far in the Monster of the Month Series, we have focused primarily on villainous monsters. But what about ...the other guys? Isn't anyone supposed to be fighting all these monsters?? The world we've created thus far has been slimy, unruly, hostile, hairy, bitey, drunken and disorderly.

What we need are some HEROES. Even if they are, rather only small ones!

Today, the Monster of the Month series takes its next steps! Moving forward, we are going to be including a pint-sized hero each month to round out the general villainy, wickedness, and depravity with some hopeful, resolute and honorable adventurers who will stand against the onslaught.

We have already done one of these, the Stovepipe Hero, who is the first of our little band of adventurers. But he cannot do it alone! To aid him in his battle, I have designed 20 brand new heroes, and I will need your help to decide which will make into the series! I also expect us to have some fun with these, and to design some heroes together live on stream as we move forward. As with the monsters, I will be conducting polls to see which characters are the most popular visually, and those will be the first entries into the series.

In October, I will be revealing the Unlikely Heroes line-up in a poll which will decide which of these characters we create first. Moving forward for the rest of 2020, subs to the Monster of the Month club can expect hi-res art of a monster AND a hero each month. We are nearing our final form. Soon, all will be revealed....
