Futanari Academy (WIP)

This is a new series I'd like to work on and have multiple episode/story ideas for. It's set in a modern-ish futuristic alternate world where there's a large Futanari population. The Futas in this world are pretty much the same as the ones in my fantasy stories. In this universe, most countries have districts that are for Futanari only and non-Futa only. Futanari must have permits to enter the non-futa areas. There are also many united areas in some of the countries.

For this series though, it would mainly take place in an academy. I have stories about various teachers, the principal, the school nurse etc. A lot of the stories are mostly Futa x Femboy with some being Futa x Futa and maybe even some Futa x Female. I also have stories set in this world that aren't related to the school that involve a business/company CEO who likes to hire femboy interns. I also have some other stories set in this world that involve everyday people. the only trouble is, it's hard finding enough unique modernday settings. There's really only 2 or 3 houses I can use, but I have 10+ stories with different characters that could use a house location. Some stories however can use different characters with the same settings, like the Academy, Office Building, Library, etc etc.

The First Futanari Academy video will be about a staff member at the school who "tests out" young men that will work in the school for the purpose of relieving the stress of the futanari students and futanari teachers/staff. These young men are dropouts who opted to work at the Futanari Academy without fully knowing what they'd be doing. The futanari staff member has them become femboys and gives them a ranking of A, B, C, or D.

• D Rank Femboys are the least enjoyable and are usable by all the students and have to be shared by everyone.
• C Rank Femboys are better than D Rank and are assigned one to an entire class including the teacher. Only Futa students from that class are allowed to use these assigned femboys.
• B Rank Femboys are exceptional and may only be used by teachers and administration staff members in the lounge and office areas. Student Council are also permitted to use these femboys if they need to.
• A Rank Femboys are the best of the best. They are assigned to the top 5% students of the school and top level employees of the academy. Each rank A femboy belongs to only one specific Futanari. 

When a futanari student graduates, they are given the option to purchase the femboy or any other femboys from Rank B, C, and D if they wish. Or they may leave them behind as school property where they are reevaluated for either a new ranking or the same ranking. If a femboy goes below Rank D for any reason, they are usually released from the school with payment. If they were once Rank A or B, they are allowed to become trainers that help Train low ranking Femboys that want to increase their ranks.

So basically, the first episode will showcase the futanari staff member with different femboys, showing each Rank. Other episodes maybe go into showing a day in the life of a random Femboy in each rank. Another might show the day of the school nurse, maybe one with the principal. Of course, in between these episodes I'll still be doing plenty of standalone stories and Futanari Healer stories.
