What do you think about the three sound versions?

I have a question, what do you think about the current addition of three sound versions, especially the version (the version of sounds without male moans) Should I continue to add this way? Should I remove it completely? and add only two sound versions, i.e. Simlish and an animation with custom sounds of a woman and a man moaning
