Sketchbook (PAGE 7)
Added 2024-12-17 21:26:22 +0000 UTCSketches from several Decembers ago. And there's a few different things were going on here... Kalahari visiting a bear shaman, a weasel in a bind, and a rare masked palm civet. This is also where I worked out a rough idea for what became "Nocturnal Girl". Also looks like a fox guy is enjoying his time in the pilot seat of some advanced craft. While I don't know all the technical challenges that would need to be overcome, and the contingency measures that would need to be ignored, I still love the idea of pilots being able to fly their ships naked -- this is probably the same reason I'm into any scene that places nonchalant nudity alongside advanced tech.

2024-12-17 21:32:30 +0000 UTCIt's mostly a matter of where my inspiration is a the time. But I've also got to feel like the sketch is solid enough to work from. I might rework a sketch several times before it has the flow I'm looking for, but that can take a lot more investment than just exploring other ideas.
