I have revised my usual posture and diet, and I have made it a habit to exercise.
As a result, my bowel condition has improved considerably.
I still have some dysphagia-like symptoms.
But the dull pain in my side that I have always felt has gone away.
I am much more comfortable than before.
I hope that my physical condition will continue to improve at this rate.

I hope to see spectacular strokes of light for this new character, even blinding light but also to see the hero crushed and subdued by her, perhaps with suffocating holds on the ground. The hero can only be defeated in her arms and the power of her light.
