A Home for the Chosen
Added 2021-02-18 13:49:49 +0000 UTCOne of the big tasks for Act VII (and the whole of Book 2) is the Home for the Chosen Questline. It starts on the last day of Book 1, when the Chosen ask you what expansion building you want to build first for the King's Dragon. It doesn't really matter that much which one you selected on Hogmonay, since you'll have time to build them all throughout book 2.
Each of the areas will have recurring events you can do for stats; training or meditating in the Dojo, soaking in the Onsen, chilling in the Tea House. They'll also have various non-replayable events, like the one the video is from; mostly they deal with the Chosen, but occasionally other characters will also use the areas. As you complete the various rooms (and I get around to building them; in Act VIII or IX) you'll also be able to build extensions to the various areas.
I think it's been a fair comment that the Chosen haven't had as much of your time as they really deserve. The King's Dragon expansion, and the Home for the Chosen, is my attempt at fixing that. Hope you like this little teaser :)
