I have a really similar situation where I’m basically bedridden besides barely being able to move so I don’t soil/pee myself and get hot water. It seems like there’s something going around. Wishing you the best and a speedy recovery 🙏❤️ what I’ve been doing is drinking hot water with lemon and salt, trying to avoid solid foods as much as much as possible and the paramedics that ended up having to come (because we don’t know what it is so my friend started freaking out) said to have Tylenol or Advil brings down the fever
