Unlike our usual inflation and balloon themed treatments, this one was designed to replicated a water balloon a lot more faithfully. It does seem a lot more precarious than other treatments like it, but I'm sure nothing bad will happen. It's not like there are dozens of people Ms. Jamie has teased, tricked or harassed just wandering our halls...
