This girl walked into my life, recently

Fallout 4's first video (there will be three of them) will be talking about survival. How I experienced it, how Bethesda's design choices make it a perfect fit for Fallout 4 and how it is one of my favorite games now...

While also being very trash, much dumpster.

Who here has played Zomboid?? I haven't played it much but I've been seeing cool videos popping up on it and it makes me want to play it more. Any advice for a first timer?

Great to get immersed in and even better with a friend in my experience. The sound design is great and keep some spare underwear near.

I've been playing Project Zomboid off/on since it was just a Kate & Bob demo (when it still had NPCs)... for long-term survival, establish a base and get farming as early as possible. The rest is just grinding construction by crafting floors, walls, etc to make your base more fortified. Also guns make loud noise, which can attract a lot of zombies from far away (prepare for a horde!)... but spears make no noise, can head-shot zombies outside melee distance, and thus are amazing. p.s. I'm psyched they're working on getting NPCs back in the game finally!

Until you find a 2h weapon, the best defense against zombies is your movement speed.

I think of it as a simplified version of "Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead." If you know how to play that, then you should be fine.

Prepare to die alot. And the youtuber Nurse as some nifty short guides. There are negativ perks that have almost zero negativ impact they are called free trait points.
