She's going to be the replacement for the Vestal boss in the current mod, her story is mostly going to remain the same, she's pretty much gone mad for a very powerful and libidinous monster within the Crypts -- there'll be a few changes given what the new monster will be. Most of it will be revealed upon release, since her lore changes aren't completely done.
