Whitewood University: Water Balloons

Caiden, the down on his luck Freshman, had been looking for a way to be popular on campus, to get with the in-crowd and be invited to all of the campus parties. He also wanted to get out of the crummy dorms and into one of the frats that surrounded Whitewood University, and maybe, just maybe, pick up a super hot girlfriend! But he was too pale, too skinny, too short and not athletic enough to get in with the frat bros (unless it was doing their course work to avoid getting bullied). Not that Caiden didn't have any luck on the geeky side of things either. It had all been a bit of a blow to his already miniscule confidence. College was supposed to be fun! But it had just sucked so far. So instead he'd just wandered the campus like a lost puppy and somehow found himself in The Cauldron, Whitewood's local shopping center. Specifically the store called 'The Third Wish', which was a hodge-podge of all sorts of stuff.

"Oh hey! Welcome!" The crazy hot girl with the long, almost Rapunzel length hair had called out to him, and had crossed the distance of the deceptively large shop in just a few steps. She stuck out a green tipped hand.

"Uhm, h-hi there?" Caiden shook her hand timidly as he had tried not to stare at her incredible boobs that pressed tightly against the beige shirt and black overalls. He eventually focused on her name-tag, the little bar of metal that was practically hovering off her chest that read 'Ursula -Assistant Manager'. The woman didn't seem to mind his stares, though.

"You're...Caiden, right? I've seen you before on campus?" Ursula said, releasing the grip on his clammy palm and touching a fingernail to her full lips, "Around the Student Center? You tripped and fell into that display?" Caiden's face turned red at the embarassing memory and looked away, giving a slight nod. Why was he still here? He should just leave and-

"Oh, don't worry! I'm not gonna make fun of you! In fact, I think I have JUST what you need! Wait right here, 'kay?" Ursula said, her voice low and sulty, and Caiden couldn't help but stare into her green eyes. They were so vibrant, a pair of emerald pools that...When Caiden had snapped back to reality, he was back in his dorm, with only fuzzy memories of the past hour. All he could recall was Ursula renting him a bikini babe costume for the campus beach party tomorrow, for free...and to 'not get tap water on it'. When he took the mask off, everything was back to normal! "WET T-SHIRT CONTEST!" Came a masculine yell, followed by a bunch of girlish screams. Caiden looked up from his/Katie's phone just fast enough to see the frat bros lobbing water balloons from a nearby water hose, and then felt the cool water splash on his body as a yellow balloon burst on his torso. He left out a girlish screech and recoiled, now soaking wet from head to toe...And realized that he could no longer feel his dick beneath the suit. 'She' screamed in terror as she realized what had just happened.

Meanwhile, back at The Third Wish, Ursula just sighed as she felt the suit become real. She had warned that loser not to get it wet...
