Pick a task. It could be something like doing the dishes, cleaning your room. Do the task with as deep discipline as you can, with as complete and total focus, your mind always focused on the task at hand. You notice your attention has strayed, strayed from your focus, strayed from your task, and you return it. Disciplined mind.
