Hi there!

Work on the game proceeds as usual but as I'll need more time to work out the werewolf boss fight, I decided to do a release with the completed parts; namely the internal views for the enemies that didn't have them (so now all enemies in the game have one) and the voice work for Maya.

The last public release was made a really long time ago so I thought I might as well do this partial release now as an update to the public build, and also releasing the mac and linux versions as well. Another minor thing is that I'm changing the version to v0.2 (mostly due to the new voice work).

As always the change-log is attached to this post at the bottom of the page.

When it comes to the internal views, vore fans might enjoy the forest boss versions as I tried to do something a bit different there. For the lizardman and the spitter plant their "internal view" is actually a close-up of the action. 

As for Maya's voice, this one took an unexpected amount of time as I underestimated the amount of time required to cut the original voice actress recording, then try to normalize each individual audioclip, then mix and match different clips to make sound group for things like "light moan", "medium moan", "rough moan", "hurt/pain", etc. I'm no sound engineer so trying to make it all sound balanced and at least decent is a painful challenge.

Please let me know what you think of these new voices as criticism may help me see where I should fine-tune certain sounds. I tried to apply different sound groups to different enemies to try and sell if they are going more gentle or rough on Maya and she will react and moan accordingly, and for scenes where she's inside things (vore) I applied a simple "muffled" effect to the voices.

That's about it for this partial release, time to go finish the boss fight.

Hmm that's the point at which the game is loading most of the stuff like sounds, user interface, language files etc so this is a very fundamental bug that is probably related to a version of the game and your particular system. Please, could you tell me which version of the game (win64, linux, mac) are you using, and your operational system?

A way to re-fight the bosses is definitely planned, and I might as well bump it up the priority list and implement into the next update since it will also contain a new boss fight against the werewolf. For the saves I'll also be reworking that screen entirely some time in the future and instead of having a fixed amount of saves it will be limitless so that players can create as many saves as they want. Regarding the high stamina you're right, it changes a lot because the struggle is based on a flat amount instead of a percentage. Actually the whole current struggle system is only a placeholder because I'll implement a different and unique system on it so I won't be messing too much with it until that time comes. But for now I think I can change it so that it's percentage based and thus work with high stamina values.

It seems to be stuck on the loading screen with me (pre menu), previous releases didn't have this issue. Suggestion for fix?

I think you should involve scat with your vore animations just to be more chocolatey and realistic for us who have dirty fetishes. You're already obeying votes and ideas from people, why not add some chocolate endings as well? I would certainly enjoy it more.

The new voices are v good, really adds another layer to the scenes. I will say, really starting to feel the lack of saves, since bosses aren't re-fightable on the same save. Maybe could do with another page or so? Or maybe just a way to refight bosses would fix it would help. Or both? Also, maybe I'm just weird, but it'd be nice to be able to toggle hp/sp ups and such, since it /can/ slightly change how animations play out. (IE, 100 vs 200 spirit can let you struggle for the entire animation, or run out of struggle halfway through. At least to me, that /really/ adds a lot to the animations to have them be inescapable after a certain point based on your stamina.)

I think that's a bug as these platforms should be supporting Maya as normal. I'll try to reproduce it on my end as I have some ideas of what might be happening and then apply a fix. Thanks for the feedback!

In the custom character queue the centaur girl will come after the moth girl, which herself will come after the werewolf boss fight that I'm currently working on.

Yes there will be a mechanic where Maya is cursed with lycanthropy during the werewolf boss fight and if she doesn't defeat the it quickly, she'll be transformed into a werewolf girl.

None of the platforms in the cave area (with the snake lady and knife rabbits) seem to work, I just fall through them. Not sure if that's by design. If it is intended to be part of the background, maybe darken the pieces a bit so they don't look like standard platforms we see in other parts of the game?

Ah, hot diggity damn! We've gone up a number in the version. The game's making more strides everytime. Theatrics aside, I was actually a bit surprised that the new voice came in already. But yeah, the new voice clips are pretty great, and I think the way they're delivered are really good. I'll admit, I was used to hearing the old one after playing those versions so many times, but the new voice replaces the old one just fine. Love the muffles for the vore scenes. Speaking of which, the new internals are looking pretty snazzy. The Forest boss one looks great, gives some nice tentacle action in there. I love when this game gets update. Always some great content, along with getting me excited for what will come in the next one. Werewolf hype all the way over here.

Update seemed pretty good! Maya's new voice fits well enough. And since you'd previously mentioned adding more transformation scenes, will the Werewolf boss' be one? You could possibly also add a transformation to the bat girl's scene if the biting part brings Maya's hp to zero.
