Poll #12 - Custom Character

The format is as usual: the poll runs for about one week to give everyone an opportunity to vote and you can vote on as many entries as you like. At the end of this period the voting power will be computed (with an additional bonus applied on top of that) and the winner will be the entry with the highest amount of voting power.
