Option 1 - You dont need to do yoga to get focused. Will work both as a WW object just for idling as long as you want and have a custom interaction that focuses the sim.
Option 2 - WW object, for those curious about history, will offer an authentic caging experience. Idle + variants.
Option 3 - The Arrow frame had a fucking machine made with it, which I rigged to both adjust height and angle, so I will make 6 animations where this machine gets used in various circumstances.
