Because this is a TF over a long period of time, what it's probably going to be is a series of "snapshots" over the stages, since the build-a-sequences are a bit limited in number of pages/scope.
Next up: Tell me an idea for a snapshot/single page in the sequence!
Describe it keeping in mind it will likely be one single (or double) character page, minimal or no background.
You can describe an action/reaction/stage in the process/focus point!
For example: About halfway through, she's got horse ears, tail, hind hooves, and the start of a cock. The page is from the point of view of her doing a VLOG and describing what's happening, trying to resist touching herself. She's frustrated, scared, but horny.
What I'm going to do this round is a bit different than normal (and a bit of an experiment)! I'm going to pick a number of suggestions that work together to form a sequence! Some I might combine if they describe a similar stage/ fill in. Some I might take aspects from one suggestion, but not all to make it fit as a part of the sequence and/or be depicted as only one page.
I may choose to not reveal which ones I pick until I post the sequence, letting me cobble together a "Script" based on these suggestions!
These suggestions do NOT have a character limit since I won't be making a poll out of them, but be advised, especially with longer suggestions, I MIGHT pick and choose aspects from the suggestion.
Please, one suggestion of one page per person.
I will run this poll till Sunday at 6pm CST - at which, or soon thereafter, I'll make the next question, BUT I might leave this open for suggestions until I actually begin work on the sequence.

Most of this is just flavor text. The important part is being chained up and breaking out. Most of the specifics behind it can be changed as needed to suit the sequence. She shakes her head no, to scared to even speak at this point and her eyes filled with terror as he glumly says "Well, I hope your ready for a story, because it's not easy to explain" or something similar as the comic ends with a sequel hook.

It's therianthropic in that she changes cyclically, but it's a long change instead of all at once, reverting to mostly human (residuals random) after "relieving herself" (either with another horse or otherwise) then it repeats ad infinitum. She gets out of there and later, maybe ever a cycle or two later, at the library or something hears a group of girls talking about how a guy in a horse costume coated them with "mayonaise." "What a freak" they say and laugh then they all whinny as a herd, I mean group. All the while she's in the corner with the "ooooh shit don't look at me face."

Then she sees people staring at her, unable to hide her shame and embarrassment, as they start whispering to themselves about the rumors being true and if it's really what they're thinking of. Someone says "The Mare/Stallion of Terror." or something to that effect, and she asks what happened to her and why she's so feared. Ending with someone saying "you really don't know what you did?", leaving it open for a sequel hook or a future commission that shows her as the were-stallion, provided it isn't shown.
