January Donation Art: Help me think of a trigger!

I'd like to do a leopard seal transformation this month (it's the cold months, and I haven't done a seal yet as a donation art - and they have a cool looking design!)
BUT - I am having trouble deciding on a scenario/trigger! Toss me some suggestions and I might pick one :)
I'm looking for a one-shot scenario (not a long, extended situation as those don't lend as well to the format, unless it's a snapshot type) without much background drawings required.

Thanks for all the feedback, guys! I think I'll do a new installment for the New Zoo (haha, and I'm finding myself still doing at least some establishing backgrounds but at least it's by choice ;) ) - it seems a popular option and it's been a bit since I've done a new installment for it as a donation art (which the story started out as!). I might integrate some of the other themes suggested in here, though!
