Added 2024-09-12 06:19:20 +0000 UTCI cannot post tonight, I had some mild food poisoning yesterday and had anticipated that I would be ok today. I am not and can't record :( I still need to recover fluids and coupled with the heat that we've had recently im not in great shape. I will probably post on thursday and for sure on friday.
