Last Hurrah For The Wanamaker Organ
Added 2025-03-17 23:24:47 +0000 UTCEverything Must Go! And so this is the last week for who knows how long before we can hear the organ again. I intend to make the most of it, and you can too - I'll be there for the last day of concerts on Saturday March 22nd at 12pm.

The one article I see at philadelphia.today doesn't mention plans to live stream the event, unless it's buried in one of the hyperlinks in the article. For those who can't get there on Saturday it might be worth checking in at the YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/@thewanamakerorgan Saturday morning to see if it's being broadcast.

2025-03-20 17:18:02 +0000 UTCI cannot fathom any owner of that building removing that grand organ. It would be desecration to try and move it already so there is really no place for it to go.
