I get the sense that the "Israel" films were probably geared toward Christian audiences, maybe to show stories from the old testament that they would be more familiar with. Curiously, the list of states where these films may be shown doesn't necessarily appear to represent any particularly common religious or political aspects. They are, however, all states that geographically surround Chicago.
