Very Laid Back But Packed To The Gills - Philly Pride 2023
Added 2023-06-04 18:52:51 +0000 UTCA walk through the tamest Philly Pride Day in my memory... but what it lacked in intensity it overwhelmed in numbers - it was soooo crowded! So many people and nothing going on.... it was weird. I've been going to pride in Philly and NYC for decades but this was something very different from anything I have seen before. No live music, no floats, not bands, no shows, no stages, no craziness. Like a craft fair on steroids. Welcome to the future?

I mean, there's no comic relief at all without at least a few stereotype ignorant haters out there. Maybe they finally got to the part of the Bible that states "Don't do stupid, hateful shit using my name!"

2023-06-05 00:26:37 +0000 UTCIt is awesome to see how many people out. Kinda feels like they planned an event for way fewer people. And the lack of music is really odd. I'm used to being able to locate a pride event from a distance away by just following the music.
