Beneath The Mask Of A Cheap IKEA Clock

I went to the IKEA website to get a look at the manual. It's clear that it would have benefited from some arrows to show the cycle is the button presses. 1. Press the cog wheel button for 2 seconds to activate the settings ⬇️ 2a. Press +/- to change between 12h and 24h clock. 2b. Press the cog wheel button to continue ⬇️ 3a. Press +/- to set hours. 3b. Press the cog wheel button to continue. ⬇️ ... ... and so on.

They don't include a power adapter in Sweden either. On their homepage it is rather clearly stated that it is not included, I don't know how well it's shown in the stores though.

They probably didn't include the power supply because Europe's different plug.

You need a Spudger Fran, to break into things like that!

Dr Andy Hill

It seems to be missing the infamous IKEA 4mm Hex Assembly Tool, as well

I still like the "light pipe" displays of the past. Bright LEDs make everything just too easy.

Doesn't everyone have dozens of USB power supplies and cables these days? I like that not everything includes yet another usb power supply these days.

UKCA is the post Brexit standards logo which has replaced the European CE mark on goods sold in the UK, so it is odd it's ended up in the USA. You're right, it looks much better without the dots. And be careful even mentioning Kraftwerk if you don't want to get a copyright strike!
